Frenchie Friday on Satruday - July 27, 2024

I could not pull myself away from the Opening Ceremony to send Frenchie Firday yesterday! Many of my expat friends in Paris actually got to attend and I loived vicariously through them which meant I didn't have to get soaked to enjoy it. I hope you were able to enjoy parts and pieces of the many-hour ceremony.

It's the last weekend before my French test. I am taking it on Thursday, August 1st which I find poetic. It's is Switzerland's national holiday and it was my transfer to Switzerland for work in 2003 that started my journey with French lessons and Alliance Francais. I hope that brings me luck next week!
